Orbit Summit Health: (1985 – 1992) It is joint venture company established in 1984 in Riyadh between USA Summit Health Company & Orbit the company manage& operate 11 hospitals in the kingdom. (Medical, Non Medical operation&maintenance complete with medical management.

Orbit Catering: (1978-2005) providing catering services to hospitals, universities, with special contract with allied forces during the gulf war feeding more then 50.000 soldiers.
